A meeting has been held here yesterday between Director General of the UAE Civil Avaitaion Mr Ghanim Al-Qaith and Mr. Abdullahi A. Abdulle(Azhari),Deputy Minister of Air & Land Transport of the Transitional Federal Government of Somalia, who is visiting the UAE now .

During this meeting, issues of mutual interest between the two countries were discussed, particularly ways of enhancing the existing relationship on air transport and civil avaition.

The Somali Deputy Minister lauded the United Arab Emirates's efforts at all levels of development,praising the wise leadership of the UAE government.

Mr. Azhari was accompanied by Ex-Capt. Jama A. Ofleh,Acting Director General of Somali Civil Aviation and a seniour Diplomat from the Somali Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
