The Puntand Federal State of Somalia recalls its delegation to reconcilation talks in Arta.

In a letter addressed to H.E, Ismail Omar Guelleh demanded from Djibouti authorities to make the necessary arrangement for the safe return of the Puntland delegation.

This has followed earlier rumours that the Puntland delegation to Arta which consisted of the traditional community leaders and state government official were very disappointed with the peace process and wanted to be taken home.
