The Ministries of Agriculture of the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Sudan have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU)here in Abu Dhabi, which is aimed at reinforcing cooperation in the area of agriculture and animal production.

The two sides said in the MoU which was signed yesterday, that it would ultimately contribute to the state of food security not only in the two countries but also in the entire Arab world. The MoU was signed by Saeed Mohammed Al Raqbani,UAE Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and Dr. Majzoub Al Khalifa Ahmed, Sudanese Minister of Agriculture who is on an official visit to the UAE.
