Ismael Hurreh Bubah, foreign minister of Somali Transitional government,
said Saturday that a high level delegation of Ethiopia is expected to visit
Somalia's capital Mogadishu within 15 days to continue the dialogue between the two countries.

Bubah said Somalia is not adverse to Ethiopia, carrying out its discussion
with it because "it is all part of the reconciliation and peace process."

"It was further agreed that the Arta peace process needs to be completed,
and all endeavors shall be based on the outcome of the Arta peace process
and the resolution of the eighth IGAD (Inter- Governmental Authority on
Development) summit of heads of state and government on Somalia held in
Khartoum on November 23, 2000," said Bubah at a press conference .
