Somali delegations arriving from Somalia and other parts of the world are still pouring into Arta .

For the meanwhile three separate committees were formed to work out each :

1- The establishment of Police force and disarmament,

2- Foreign relation and follow up of Somali government assets held in overseas such as the airplanes, etc. and

3- To discuss the special status of the Somalia capital, Mogadishu.

The committee for the external relation is mainly consist of former ambassadors where the committee for disarmament are derived from former military officers.

Unconfirmed report from Arta indicate that some of the clans attending the conference have already submitted their nominations for the president post of the yet to be established government.
