A group
of Somalians are to be tested by Finnish officials to find
out if they are the relatives of Somalians currently living
in Finland.
The Finnish
authorities have sent representatives to Somalia to genetically
test a group of people that want to enter the country as a
part of a scheme that aims to reunite families.
Those
immigrants and refugees who have permission to stay in Finland
also have the right to bring their families into the country.
According
to the foreign ministry, there are plans to test people from
Iraq in the same way this autumn.
