Somali President departs Kuwait

President of Somalia, Abdikassim Salad and his accompanying delegation left Kuwait on Monday after completing a three-day official visit to the country during which he met with His Highness the Amir Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

The president was seen off by the representative of H.H. the Amir, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, National Assembly Speaker Jassem Al-Khorafi, the Head of the National Committee for POWs and Missing, Sheikh Salem Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Deputy Chief of the National Guards Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Nasser Mohammed Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammed Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the head of the honorary accompanying delegation Minister of Public Works and State Minister for Housing Affairs Fahad Al-Mai.

Also to see off the president were ministers, governors, the Amiri Diwan Undersecretary the Director of H.H. the Amir's office Ibrahim Al-Shatti, Foreign Undersecretary Khalid Al-Jarallah, Director of the Department of the Office of the First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ambassador Ahmad Al-Fahad, senior Army, Police, and National Guards Commanders, and the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and the Somali Ambassador to Kuwait Mr. Abdulkadir Amin .
