BBC journalist killed after Attack in Mogadishu

 

Ms. Kate Peyton, a British Broadcasting Corporation journalist who was shot this morning in front of Sahafi Hotel has been pronounced dead around 8:00 PM tonight.

Witnesses say the attackers opened fire on Ms. Peyton outside her hotel and fled the scene in a small vehicle but a colleague working with her was unhurt in the attack.
